WARNING—Pure phthalocyanine’s extremely high tinting strength can be overwhelming (the phrase, “like cutting butter with a chainsaw” comes to mind).


An extremely powerful blue — so powerful that I put it in a place by itself and use it sparingly.  I wouldn’t give this color to a beginner.  It can be used in foliage at times.
