One of the recommended greenish blues in my 6-color basic palette — a less expensive and more vivid substitute for Cerulean or Manganese Blue, with much stronger tinting power.


Another “convenience color,” Sevres Blue, by adding white, tames its chief component, phthalocyanine blue, into a more manageable tinting strength (still very strong).
